Founded in September 21, 1978, the Donewell Pest Control Company is one of the countries leading pest control service provider.  The company charter, which extends until 2005 authorizes the business to provide virtually every type of pest control and other related products and services.

Donewell has a network of 3 principal offices serving Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.  Through its offices in Quezon City, Mandaue City Cebu, and Davao City.  Donewell is able to project its services through these three branches.

Since 1978, Donewell has been providing reliable professional pest control service to various industries.  At present  Donewell  Pest Control Company has provided pr currently provides pest control service to among others to eight (8) out of the top ten companies of the Philippines in their Visayas & Mindanao operations.   In 1994 Donewell through a partnership with Kemi-K, USA, was appointed sole distributor for  Curtis Dyna Fog Generators and Kemi-K  Especialty Pest Control Equipment.   Since then Donewell has been supplying the government fog machine and insecticides needed for its Mosquito/Dengue Control Program.   As of September 2000, the number of customer serviced the company has reached over 100,000.

Following the established of a sister company, Envirocare Trading Phil., in 1995, where Donewell owns 53% shares of stocks, the company expanded and diversified its business through importation and distribution of diverse products which included among many Road Reflectors and Markers, Automatic Fragrance Dispenser and Canned Air fresheners, Solar Cells/Panel and for small appliances, Golf Equipment, Long Range Wireless Telephone System, Two-way Radios and other novelty products.

As the Donewell Group enters a new era of growth and development to meet the challenges and exploit the opportunities presented by competition, a modest scale expansion and modernization program is underway.    By the year 2000, Donewell service branches will be expanding to seven other key cities in the country.    Dynamic transformation in all levels of its operation is underway in the line with the company expansion programs with emphasis on dynamism, improved productivity and keen market responsiveness.

In 1996, Donewell established another sister company, Donewell Bags Manufacturing where it has 100% share and control. On its second year Varent produced its first 100,000 pieces of bags and since has been making all types of fabric bags for school, travel and leisure. Varent is setting its eyes on the overseas market by the year 2002. Looking ahead as the company enters the new millennium it will continue to harness its skills and resources to keep up with the demand of customers for quality and dependable pest control servicing and to live-up to its name Donewell.
